Associate Dentist | Perth, WA | Full time | Multiple Locations Are you an experienced Dentist looking for the stability of a permanent full-time role with the variety of working across multiple established Perth practices?

DB Dental, part of National Dental Care, is looking for an Associate Dentist to join its Perth network in a unique full-time position supporting a select group of metropolitan practices. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to different clinical teams, patient demographics and treatment mixes while maintaining the consistency of a permanent position.

You’ll provide clinical support across multiple practices, with opportunities to maintain continuity of patient care during periods of annual leave, parental leave, clinician transitions and increased patient demand.

What you'll be doing In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Provide general dentistry across a select group of established Perth practices
- Support continuity of patient care during periods of clinician leave and transitions
- Work across different practice environments, patient demographics and treatment mixes
- Build relationships with patients and clinical teams across multiple locations
- Practise with clinical autonomy while accessing support from experienced clinicians
- Develop your clinical skills through exposure to different practice environments
- Access ongoing CPD, mentoring and clinical development opportunities through the NDC Academy

About you We're looking for a Dentist who:

- Holds current unrestricted AHPRA registration




- Has a minimum of 2 years' experience practising as a Dentist in Australia

- Has professional indemnity insurance
- Has strong clinical skills across general dentistry
- Has excellent communication and patient management skills
- Is adaptable and comfortable working across multiple practice locations
- Takes a patient-focused and professional approach to care
