Associate Dentist | Rockingham, WA | Part-Time | 40% Commission

Are you an experienced Dentist looking for a part-time opportunity with an established practice, a multidisciplinary clinical team and access to modern digital technology?

DB Dental Rockingham is looking for an Associate Dentist to join its established 6-chair practice in Rockingham. This is an chance to provide general dentistry while working alongside experienced Dentists, Oral Health Therapists, Hygienists and Prosthetists, with 40% commission and a consistent part-time roster.

The position is available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and an alternating Saturday, with hours from 8:30am to 4:00pm.

What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Provide general dentistry across a broad range of patient needs
- Build ongoing relationships with patients and deliver patient-centred care
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team including Dentists, OHTs, Hygienists and Prosthetists
- Utilise modern digital scanning and diagnostic technology to support treatment planning and patient care
- Practise with clinical autonomy within an established practice
- Access ongoing CPD and clinical development opportunities through the National Dental Care Academy

About You We're looking for a Dentist who:

- Holds current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Has a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience practising in Australia
- Has professional indemnity insurance
- Has strong clinical skills across general dentistry




- Has excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Takes a patient-focused and professional approach to care
