Our client is a leader in the supply of prefabricated timber frames and trusses into the Sunshine Coast builder market and surrounding areas. We are now seeking a skilled manager to lead and develop our detailing and estimating team here and overseas.. The location will appeal to applicants seeking a family - friendly working and living environment. Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing the detailing and estimating functions.
- Leading and developing the team.
- Supervising and expanding overseas - based detailers.
- Establishing a safety - first culture.




- Participating and contributing to the overall management of the business

To be successful in your application you must demonstrate:
- Leadership experience in timber F & T detailing.
- Strong technical skills
- Problem - solving skills
- Initiative, drive and the capacity to make decisions.
- Well developed negotiation skills.
