We're looking for an experienced Desktop Support & Systems Administrator to join our team on-site with one of our key customers. This is an initial 3-month contract engagement, with the potential for extension for the right person.

If you're someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on end-user support, systems administration, and infrastructure troubleshooting, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing? End User Support

- Helpdesk ticket resolution
- Escalated support from the Service Desk
- Desktop and laptop support
- Printer support and troubleshooting
- Device imaging, deployment, and asset management

? Systems Administration

- Active Directory user and group management
- DNS, DHCP, Exchange administration as required
- Group Policy administration
- MECM packaging, deployments, and collection management
- VMware vCenter administration across desktop and server environments
- Azure and Microsoft Intune administration
- Vulnerability management and remediation
- Desktop and server compliance monitoring and remediation
- Citrix DaaS administration and application support
- Network troubleshooting and support





What we're looking for✅ Strong Windows desktop and server administration experience ✅ Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune

✅ Hands-on troubleshooting skills across end-user, server, and network environments

✅ Experience with MECM, Citrix, VMware, and Active Directory

✅ Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

✅ Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment
