We are seeking DevOps Engineers to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will work in a dynamic and complex technological setting, supporting the delivery, operation and enhancement of technology platforms and services. You’ll investigate operational and technology issues, contribute to the reliability and availability of systems, and support the delivery of secure and scalable solutions that meet organisational and customer needs.

You will support the lifecycle management of cloud-based platforms and environments, including implementation, maintenance, upgrades, patching, decommissioning and ongoing operational support. You’ll contribute to incident response, system monitoring and service improvement activities, working collaboratively with team members to maintain to the effective operation of technology services.

These roles may require participation in on-call arrangements and after-hours support to manage critical incidents and real-time operational issues.

Our ideal candidate

- demonstrated experience in one or more of the following technical areas: cloud and DevOps platforms (including AWS and Azure), automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security and identity management, container technologies, monitoring and observability, databases and integrations, and scripting or programming using tools such as Python and PowerShell
- delivers secure, scalable cloud environments using automation, Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices
- investigates platform and deployment issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions
- monitors platform performance and reliability through proactive incident management
- applies security and operational standards across cloud environments and deployment processes
- enhances tooling and automation to improve service outcomes and team capability
- collaborates with stakeholders to balance priorities and deliver business outcomes.
