About the Role

Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Diesel Fitter - Leading Hand to be based at our purpose built workshop in Mackay QLD.

This role would be a mix between on-site breakdown work, as well as workshop hours. Due to the nature of our business the vast majority of the work is located in areas that support being at home in your own bed each night.

About you

- Experience working on OEM gear such as CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi (highly regarded)
- Experience with on and off highway vehicles (highly regarded)
- Diagnostics, troubleshooting,



repairs and maintenance experience essential
- A demonstrated safety-first work ethic and an outcome focused attitude
- Ability to communicate competently and professionally with internal and external customers.
- Ability to lead by example

- Trade Qualification
- Mine site inductions desirable but not essential
- Proven capacity to problem solve independently with excellent time management skills
- Strong commitment to protected work practices

- Current driver's license
