What you'll be doing As the Diet Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Diet Office, CBORD system and Formula Room, ensuring the delivery of efficient, patient-centred nutrition services. You will lead staff, coordinate workflows and act as a key liaison between Dietetics, Food Services and Information Technology teams to support safe and effective meal management.

leave management and staff coordination
- Lead the management, maintenance and optimisation of CBORD, Cerner and other diet office systems to support accurate diet ordering and meal delivery
- Monitor staffing, stock levels, nutritional supplements and equipment to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
- Collaborate with clinical dietetics, food services and IT stakeholders to resolve issues, manage system changes and maintain patient safety standards
- Drive quality improvement initiatives including patient satisfaction surveys, menu audits, compliance activities and staff training programs

- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and with minimal supervision and use initiative
- Highly developed computer and administrative skills, including a working knowledge of Cbord and Cerner
- Previous work experience as a diet supervisor or health services manager, including experience in nutritional screening and clinical duties
- Knowledge of quality improvement practices in the workplace and ability to lead quality improvement activities
- Dietary Supervisors Certificate or Certificate 3 or 4 in Allied Health Service Assistant (Nutrition and Dietetics) or food science/nutrition undergraduate qualification or equivalent or relevant experience
