WME is a Melbourne digital marketing agency working with businesses across Australia in SEO, paid media, and web. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about client outcomes and wants to grow into a well-rounded digital account manager.

The role

You'll support a portfolio of SEO, PPC, and web clients, helping with monthly reporting, contributing to strategy, and being a reliable point of contact day-to-day. You'll work closely with our SEO, paid, and web specialists, and learn to translate technical work into clear client communication without losing the detail.

You'll thrive here if you:

- Have around 1 year of experience in a client-facing or coordinator role at a digital agency
- Have a working knowledge of SEO — you're comfortable looking at a Search Console report and know what impressions, CTR, and indexing issues mean




- Have some exposure to PPC — you understand the basics of Google Ads, what CPA means, and why conversion tracking matters
- Are comfortable sitting in on website or UX conversations and following along without needing everything explained twice
- Write transparent, professional emails and follow up without being chased
- Are curious about clients' businesses, not just their campaigns

What we offer:
