The Role
Let's be really clear on this. This is not a traditional graphic design role. If your background is purely brand, studio, or agency-based, and your work has mostly lived in static assets without any real connection to performance, this probably isn't the right fit. This is a digital multimedia design role sitting inside marketing, where your work directly influences how our e-commerce and subscription business performs.
You'll need to be quick, adaptable, and comfortable with things moving around you. Campaigns will shift, priorities will change, and new ideas will get tested fast as we chase ambitious revenue targets and enter new global markets.
The Business
Transform by Fitaz is a digital fitness subscription platform with thousands of customers, strong revenue, and a product that connects. This isn't early-stage guesswork—it's live, proven, and scaling globally. At the centre of it is our founder: Gold Coast-based, sharp, intentional, and deeply commercial. He's building at pace, and we need someone who can keep up, zoom from big-picture vision into the smallest digital detail, and lead from the front.
Key Responsibilities & Main Duties
● Digital Asset Creation: Design, develop, and integrate digital animations, imaging, video clips, and internet applications using multimedia software and utilities to support e-commerce funnels.
● Multimedia Production: Create and manipulate computer animation, audio, video, and graphic image files into cohesive multimedia campaigns across paid, web, and lifecycle channels.
● Landing Page Optimization: Design and build interactive landing pages that are structured, clear,
and built to convert, combining artistry with digital performance programming logic.
● Email & Lifecycle Marketing Design: Design, test, and optimize dynamic emails and flows in Klaviyo so they are read, understood, and acted on.
● Performance Refinement: Continuously refine live digital assets by spotting unclear or underperforming multimedia elements and proactively improving them.
● Brand Governance: Support the evolution of digital brand guidelines across all interactive media, ensuring consistency as the business scales wider and moves faster.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements To meet the statutory requirements for ANZSCO 261211 (Skill Level 1), candidates must satisfy one of the following criteria:
● Option A: A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a relevant creative/ICT field, plus a minimum of 2 years of full time, relevant post-qualification experience in an e-commerce or digital product environment.
● Option B: In the absence of a formal degree, a minimum of 5 years of relevant full-time professional experience as a Multimedia Designer.
● Technical Skills: Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with video editing, digital design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud), and marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo).
● Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of how digital acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion funnels connect.
Application Instructions To apply, submit your CV, digital portfolio, or a video walkthrough demonstrating your creative process and how you would optimize an e-commerce landing page or campaign.
