Are you a hands-on marketing leader who loves driving sales, trying new things, getting stuff done? Beserk is looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead our marketing team and take ownership of our marketing direction, media buying, Shopify site and growth projects.

This is a key role within the business. You’ll be responsible for deciding where our marketing goes next, making sure our campaigns deliver, keeping our Shopify site performing, and leading a team to execute the strategy.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to maintain the status quo. You’ll need to be proactive, commercially focused and constantly looking for the next opportunity to grow the business.

You’ll stay on top of marketing trends, understand our alternative customer, test new ideas and be confident trying something different when you see an opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Leadership

- Lead, manage and motivate the marketing team, setting priorities and ensuring the team gets stuff done.
- Own the overall marketing direction and strategy for the business.
- Set marketing goals, KPIs and deliverables, and take ownership of the results.
- Work closely with management, buying, e-commerce and creative teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Create a positive, energetic team setting where people are motivated to do their best work.

Media Buying & Sales

- Own and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.
- Develop campaigns focused on driving sales, revenue and customer acquisition.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns deliver against targets.
- Monitor ROAS, conversion, traffic and sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously test and optimise audiences, creative,



offers and platforms to improve results.

Shopify & E-Commerce

- Manage and maintain the Shopify website to support marketing campaigns and sales.
- Ensure products, promotions, landing pages, collections and key website content are accurate and up to date.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, conversion and online sales.
- Work with the team to ensure marketing campaigns are supported by the website and e-commerce experience.

Marketing Direction & Growth

- Stay ahead of marketing, social media, technology and e-commerce trends.
- Identify new platforms, tools, channels and opportunities for Beserk.
- Be willing to experiment, test new ideas and take calculated risks.
- Develop and manage key marketing projects designed to grow the business — not simply maintain it.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, sales, engagement and brand awareness.
- Use data, customer insights and market trends to continually improve our marketing approach.

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing management, media buying or a similar role.
- Experience managing and leading a marketing team.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and Google Ads.
- Demonstrated experience driving sales and revenue through paid media.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, conversion rates and digital marketing KPIs.
- Experience with Shopify and e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of social media and current digital marketing trends.
- Experience managing large or complex marketing projects from strategy through to delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A genuine understanding of, or passion for, the alternative market is highly desirable.
