The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering Spirit of Tasmania’s digital strategy, with a strong focus on website and booking performance, digital customer experience, search and discoverability, digital analytics, email and lifecycle marketing, and the ongoing optimisation and evolution of the Company’s digital presence.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager Marketing, you will own the Company’s digital roadmap and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver improvements that enhance the customer journey, increase digital conversion and bookings, and support broader marketing and commercial objectives.





To succeed in this role, you will have substantial experience in a senior digital marketing role, with exposure to managing websites and digital platforms and improving website and conversion rate optimisation. A relevant tertiary qualification in either business, marketing or eCommerce is desirable
