We are seeking a capable and service-focused Digital Services Support Technician to join our Digital Services team. The successful applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality technology support to staff, students and families while contributing to the smooth operation of teaching, learning and College services.

- Full-time, ongoing position commencing 5 October 2026
- Based at our Berwick Campus, supporting both Berwick and Pakenham campuses as required
- Reports to the Digital Services Coordinator
- Deliver frontline service desk support, resolving incidents, service requests and escalated technical issues
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams for Education, Outlook, SharePoint, user account management and licence administration
- Configure, deploy and troubleshoot Windows laptops, iOS devices and classroom technologies in a managed environment
- Administer and support Mobile Device Management platforms including Microsoft Intune and/or JAMF
- Assist with identity and access management, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Provide support for audio-visual systems, education platforms (LMS/SIS), network services and device lifecycle management
- Apply a methodical troubleshooting approach and maintain accurate ITSM ticketing, documentation and knowledge base contributions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, VPN), PowerShell, Power Automate, education or multi-site environments will be highly regarded




- Certificate III in Information Technology (or equivalent practical experience) required
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check required (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365, CompTIA A+/Network+, Intune or JAMF certifications are advantageous
- 4 weeks annual leave, with the option to purchase an additional 2 weeks
- School holiday work required to support operational and project activities
- Participation in an after-hours on-call roster (including weekends) for major incidents and planned maintenance, with applicable allowances
- Flexibility required during peak periods, including term commencements and device deployment cycles
