Diptyque is opening in Sydney's QVB, and we're hiring a Team Leader (3IC) to help lead our new boutique in Sydney's iconic QVB.

At Diptyque, we've spent over 60 years turning craft and imagination into something people can experience with their senses, and this December, that experience arrives in Sydney, as we open our second Australian boutique inside the historic Queen Victoria Building.

We're looking for a passionate, customer-obsessed Team Leader (3IC) to support the Store Manager in leading our boutique and bringing the Diptyque world to life through high-touch, Parisian-inspired service, storytelling and genuine connection with every customer who walks through the doors.

As a key member of the leadership team, you'll help drive an exceptional customer experience, coach and inspire the team on the floor, and support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and commercial performance. You'll be a visible leader who leads by example,



creates energy on the floor and helps the team deliver consistently elevated service.

This is a part time leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make an impact in a brand-new boutique, develop your leadership capability and play an important role in establishing Diptyque's presence in Australia.

You'll be supported by training and development tailored to help you grow within the Maison, while gaining valuable experience within one of the world's most iconic luxury fragrance and lifestyle brands.
