As Director, you will lead the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to strengthen project governance, enterprise change, and organisational decision-making. The role provides strategic advice, drives governance maturity and continuous improvement, and leads a small team to deliver consistent project management standards aligned with organisational priorities.

- Lead and coach a small team to deliver project management standards and build capability.
- Provide expert advice on project governance, assurance, and delivery approaches.
- Oversee project documentation, governance processes, and decision-making frameworks.
- Support key governance forums through high-quality secretariat and governance services.
- Design and continuously improve agency-wide governance and project management frameworks.
- Drive governance maturity, change initiatives, and AI-enabled improvements across Corporate Services.
- Build strong stakeholder partnerships and deliver effective change management outcomes.
- Demonstrate sound judgement, leadership, communication, and adaptability in a changing environment.

- Strong technical aptitude, including experience with enterprise systems such as TechnologyOne, Atlassian, and Microsoft products.
