We are currently hiring for three distinct 1:1 support roles across the Sunshine Coast. You can apply for a specific location or express interest in multiple roles.

Role 1: Mental Health Support Worker (Tewantin)

- The Role: 1:1 psychosocial support for an adult male participant who enjoys outdoor activities and fishing.
- Schedule: Set fortnightly daytime roster (7:00 AM – 2:00 PM shifts).
- Requirements: Intuitive, calm, and proactive approach; mental health support experience; willingness to join fishing outings. (Female support worker required due to personal support needs).

Role 2: Active Disability Support Worker (Landsborough)

- The Role: Active 1:1 support for a young adult male participant with ASD Level 3 who loves walking and bike riding.
- Schedule: Adaptable weekday shifts (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM) + monthly respite options.
- Requirements:



Physically active; experienced with non-verbal ASD and mild behaviors of concern; proactive in prompting. (Younger male applicants strongly encouraged).

Role 3: Complex Care Support Worker (Currimundi)

- The Role: High-care 1:1 support for a young adult male participant requiring skilled clinical care.
- Schedule: Flexible gap choices across weekday evenings, early mornings, and weekends.
- Requirements: Experienced in complex care, implementing Behaviour Support Plans, and clinical tasks (PEG feeding, dysphagia, seizure management). (Male or female applicants welcome).

General Requirements (All Roles)

- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
