Who we are

We are an established registered NDIS provider delivering Supported Independent Living, Community Access and In-Home Supports across the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast regions. We support people living with psychosocial, intellectual and physical disabilities, including people with complex support needs. Every person is different and our role is to provide support that is respectful, consistent and built around each person's goals, choices and needs.

For us, excellent support is about more than providing care. It's about walking alongside people as they build lives that are meaningful and authentically their own.

Disability support carries real responsibility. Every conversation, decision and interaction can either support or undermine someone's independence, dignity and quality of life. Person-centred support isn't about you. It's about the person you're supporting, their goals, their choices, their independence and their life.

Depending on the person you're supporting, your shifts may involve personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, community access, appointments, skill development, implementing behaviour support strategies and supporting people to become more independent in their everyday lives.

We need people who are present, observant and engaged. People who notice what is happening, take initiative where appropriate and understand that simply being on shift isn't the same as providing good support.

- Communicates professionally with participants,



families and colleagues
- Takes responsibility for the quality of their work
- Wants to continually learn and improve
- Has broad availability and can work a variety of shifts across the week, including days, evenings, sleepovers and weekends

This role is best suited to experienced support workers who have developed strong practice across a range of support needs and environments. Experience in mental health and/or dementia will be highly regarded. You'll also understand that shift notes and incident reports aren't paperwork to get out of the way before going home. They are a critical part of quality support. What you observe and document helps us understand a person's progress, identify changes in their support needs and advocate for them when it matters.

Experience is valuable. Character and values are essential.
