About the role

Complete Care Assist is seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team for Casual roles.

Based in Wynnum, Wooloongabba, Inala and surrounding areas

We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who are confident supporting participants in their home, including high-intensity support, personal care and community access.

About You

We're looking for experienced support workers who are adaptable, professional, and genuinely passionate about making a difference.

You'll bring

- Experience supporting people with disability across a variety of support settings.
- Confidence providing personal care, community access, and daily living supports.
- Experience supporting participants with complex needs and high-intensity care requirements - MND experience viewed favourably.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, person-centred approach to support.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality care.

Essential Requirements

- Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Must have full working rights.

Desirable

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, or related qualification.




- Experience with high-intensity supports, medication administration, PEG feeding, manual handling
