Everyday Ability is a registered award-winning disability services provider based on the NSW Central Coast. We are currently looking for talented support workers to join our growing and vibrant team.

Role and Responsibility:

- Provide direct support to people with a disability including personal care and manual handling
- Medication management
- Application of Participant plans ie, Behaviour Support, Epilepsy Management, etc.
- Accurate data collection in all areas of accommodation services and community participation
- Maintain and monitor a client's person-centered support plan

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- NSW Driver's Licence
- Reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance and registration
- First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Must be available to work sleepover shifts
- NDIS worker Screening Check
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks and physical care duties safely




- Permanent Australian work rights or valid working visa

Desirable:

- Certificate III in disability support or similar
- Mental health first aid training
- Medication management training
- Experience managing challenging behaviours
