​About the role

We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Gymea Bay area to support a 32-year-old male who needs care in order to live independently within the family home.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Medication administration
- Use of mobility equipment including hoist and wheelchair

- Light Domestic assistance

- Community participation

- Assistance with Therapy Tasks

- Personal Care Tasks

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

What you need

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current driver's license and your own car
- NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
- First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
- Working with Children Check or willing to obtain -Paid (mandatory)




- Cert 3 (Ageing and Disability) or Equivalent (mandatory)
- Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing ​

Days/Hours: There are a variety of shifts available, please indicate your availability within the application.
