About the role

Unique Support Co is a boutique NDIS support provider looking for a Disability Support Worker based on the Gold Coast, to join the team providing 24/7 Supported Independent Living care.

The role offers consistent, good length shifts each week, varying between 8 hour day shift, 5 hour evening shift & 12 hour sleepover shift.

Key responsibilities

- Provide personalised, high-quality support to participants
- Understand each person's individual needs, goals, preferences and strengths
- Promote dignity, choice and independence
- Build genuine relationships and trust with participants
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistency and best possible outcomes
- Create a safe and supportive workplace where every participant feels valued, respected and heard

Qualifications Required

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Valid Licence
- Vehicle Insurance




- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- ABN & Public Liability Insurance
- Preferred experience within the NDIS Sector

About us Unique Support Co is a boutique NDIS support provider with a small team of caring and dedicated support workers who take pride in providing personalised, high-quality support.

Our team a sub-contractor support workers working using their own ABN, however there is an option for casual employees for the right person.

We offer competitive hourly rates that increase in the evening, on weekends & public holidays. The hourly rate increases at 8pm Monday - Friday, on weekends and public holidays.
