At Scope, we are dedicated to nurturing talent and creating opportunities within our team.

Mittagong and Bowral are home to two Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, supporting people with complex psychosocial and physical disabilities.

In addition to the SIL homes, support may also be required at our Moss Vale Day Program, which operates Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:30pm. The Day Program focuses on skill development, community participation, social engagement, and helping participants achieve their individual goals.

Please note: To meet the needs of our participants, successful applicants must be willing and able to work across all three services, including our SIL homes in Mittagong and Bowral, and our Moss Vale Day Program.

This role is suited to people who:

- Proudly promote choice and control and show eagerness to participate in our clients’ day to day routines, hobbies, and interests.




- Are comfortable adhering to NDIS are plan as directed by clinical teams and Site Managers.
- Provide extensive personal care and high care supports, including showering, toileting, continence management, hoist transfers, dressing, and mealtime assistance, while maintaining participant dignity, choice, and respect.
- Are reliable and proactive team players who works collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality support to participants.
- Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering consistent, safe, person-centred support in physically demanding environments.
- Confidently use computer-based systems and able to complete clear, accurate, and detailed reporting within required timeframes.

Some of our requirements: Flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster that may include mornings, afternoons, split shifts, and sleepovers.
