About Enlarge Support Solutions
At Enlarge Support Solutions, we do things differently.
We are currently seeking passionate, motivated, and caring Support Workers who are committed to making a positive and meaningful difference in the lives of people with disability. This role is perfect for someone who believes in people’s potential, values solid relationships, and wants to support others to live a life of choice, dignity, and independence.
We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that is not afraid to think outside the box when it comes to delivering supports that truly enrich people’s lives. Our approach is grounded in strengths-based, person-centred practice, ensuring every individual we support is seen, heard, and respected as an expert in their own life.
We strongly believe in building capacity – doing with, not for. Our role is to walk alongside people with disability, empowering them to develop skills, confidence, and independence while supporting them to live the life they choose.
We are deeply committed to:
- Choice and control
- Inclusion and participation
- Opportunity and acceptance within the community
Our team culture is one of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We are passionate about strengthening the disability sector and work closely with other organisations and stakeholders to ensure the people we support receive high-quality, consistent, and respectful services.
When you join Enlarge Support Solutions, you become part of a team that genuinely cares — about the people we support and about each other.
