Located just moments from the sand and surf, Avalon Beach RSL Club is a well-loved community venue on the Northern Beaches, proudly serving locals and visitors alike. With a long-standing reputation for quality food, beverages, and warm hospitality, we’re entering an exciting new phase of growth just in time for Summer! Our plans include refreshed dining experiences, upgraded entertainment offerings, and enhanced spaces for our members and guests to enjoy—day or night.

About You

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced hospitality professionals who can bring energy, reliability, and a customer-first mindset to our team. Ideally, you’ll have:

- Current RSA and RCG certifications (ARCG also an advantage)
- Previous experience in club or pub settings – across food, beverage,



and gaming
- Availability for a flexible roster, including weekends and evening shifts
- A positive, can-do attitude with solid problem-solving skills
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for hospitality and team leadership

The Role As a key member of our operations team, your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering friendly, consistent, and high-quality customer service
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of the venue
- Ensuring the club is presented to a high standard at all times
- Accurate cash handling and administrative duties
- Supervising and mentoring front-of-house staff
- Using digital systems such as Ebet Metropolis, Senpos & more.
- Supporting promotions and entertainment events
- Reporting incidents in line with OLGR requirements
- Maintaining compliance with all club policies and regulations
