In this role you will be responsible for the daily operations of the venue whilst on shift, ensuring standards are implemented, compliance is adhered to, customers are welcomed to the venue, and staff are delivering service that exceeds guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

- Ensure a profitable and productive operation
- Lead and manage a team
- Develop and implement superior service standards that consistently exceed guest expectations
- Stock control and management including purchasing
- Training, development, and coaching of food & beverage staff
- Staff development and progression
- Financial management including cost control
- Implement systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of the venue's various departments
- Ensure the business is compliant with health regulations and that WHS is a focus for you and the team

About you

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Gaming & bar experience




- Strong leadership skills with a positive & professional attitude
