We are looking for a friendly, customer service orientated duty manager to join our team.

- We are an enthusiastic team, that aims to provide great service with a smile.

- The business has seen huge growth over the last few years in all areas (F&B;, gaming, Keno, TAB and Bottle-shop) and we aim to keep that going.

About the role

- A duty manager who will be required to provide friendly and timely customer service to our patrons.

- We look for robust values in our duty managers such as communication, staff member and security guard delegation and reliability.

- We aim to improve our service standard as a team, through staff mentoring, training and would like to invest our time into a duty manager that is interested to learn and undertake responsibility.

- As a duty manager you must have a responsible service of alcohol and a responsible conduct of gaming, RGO certification a bonus also.
