EA & Business Operations Exec

4 days per week | Monday–Thursday | Hybrid | Sydney

Are you the person who naturally keeps everything moving?

We’re looking for an exceptional EA & Business Operations Exec to work directly with a Founder across business operations, finance, people, projects and investments.

This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who is commercially sharp, incredibly organised and loves being the person who knows what is happening, what needs to happen next and makes sure it gets done.

It’s not a traditional EA role and it’s definitely not just diary management.

You’ll be the operational right hand to the Founder, working across:

- Executive support, priorities and follow-through
- AP, AR, invoicing, payments and cashflow administration
- Liaising with accountants, advisors, banks and suppliers
- HR administration, onboarding and staff support
- SOPs, systems and process improvement
- AI tools, automation and smarter workflows
- Business and investment administration
- Selected inventory, wholesale, shipping and logistics
- Commercial negotiations and supplier management

Who We’re Looking For You’re experienced, confident and highly autonomous.

You don’t wait to be chased.

You’re the person who sees the gap, works out what needs to happen and closes the loop.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Senior EA, Operations or Finance Operations experience




- Strong AP, AR, payments and financial administration skills
- Experience within an inventory-based or product business
- Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent Excel and systems capability
- Experience creating SOPs and improving processes
- Confidence supporting HR and staff administration
- Genuine interest in AI, automation and technology
- Exposure to shipping, logistics, wholesale or supply chain
- Excellent judgement, discretion and communication skills

You’ll be comfortable moving from a payment issue, to an employee matter, to a supplier negotiation, to an investment document, sometimes all in the same morning. Why This Role?

Hybrid approximately 2 days in office / 2 days from home
