We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Coordinator to join a busy team during an important operational transition.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and updating product information within Shopify

- Transferring and maintaining large volumes of product and inventory data

- Liaising directly with suppliers and providing regular updates throughout the move

- Maintaining accurate e-commerce and inventory information

- Identifying discrepancies and following up to ensure information is correct

- Helping establish and maintain transparent processes during a busy period of change

About You:

- Previous hands-on Shopify experience – essential

- Experience within e-commerce operations,



online retail or a similar environment

- Strong data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail

- Confidence working with large volumes of product and inventory information

- Strong Excel and general systems skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

- Previous exposure to logistics, warehousing, inventory or fulfilment would be highly regarded

This is a hands on role combining Shopify administration, product data management, supplier communication and e-commerce operations.

You'll be working with a high volume of product and inventory information, so we're looking for someone who is highly organised, process-driven and genuinely confident using Shopify in a professional environment.
