One Tree Defence Unit, The Sunny Child, is in Swanbourne and supports Australian Defence Force families. The team is proud of the relationships they form with families, the support they offer parents, and the way they work with the community. The Role:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator with a collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and strong communication skills to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a key part in nurturing and inspiring both children and colleagues, helping foster a love for learning in an environment committed to educational excellence.

If you’re ready to lead with enthusiasm and make a meaningful impact, this is your opportunity to shape young minds and contribute to their growth and development. This is a 37.5hours per week role, Monday to Friday working a flexible roster.

- Completion of a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current working with children check
- A passion for early childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and a person-centered approach
