About the Role

Reporting to the Project Director, this is a leadership role, responsible for ensuring that standards are met in all areas of the project lifecycle to maintain an impeccable safety record, project schedule and budget.

We are recruiting for work that we have secured and an immediate start is available. EPCM Construction Projects secured within the mining sector are for both Process Infrastructure and NPI for Tier 1 clients, we working closely with our clients to deliver turnkey packages with our in-house engineers and experts.

We are looking for a Supervisor, that is looking for personal growth and career development or a seasoned experienced supervisor that can hit the ground running and wants to stand up to a challenge.

BHP and/or Rio Tinto inductions will be highly regarded.

Salary will be based on a FIFO 14:7 roster.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Supervising electricians, apprentices and trade assistants.
- Coordinating daily site activities and allocating work.
- Conducting pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily planning.
- Coordinating labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.
- Working closely with client delivery teams, project managers and other trades.




- Monitoring productivity, workmanship and project progress.
- Identifying delays and communicating site requirements.
- Coordinating testing, commissioning, inspections and defect rectification.
- Ordering materials and managing site stock.
- Attending site and project meetings.
- Maintaining accurate site and compliance documentation.

About You:

- Team player that is prepared to grow and help others to grow (Essential)
- Current WA Electrical Licence (Essential)
- S26 Preferred
- Cert IV Hazardous Areas (highly regarded)
- Cert IV Instrumentation (highly regarded)
- Electrical Nominee (highly regarded)
- LVR / CPR Current Certification
- Competent in computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel
- Supervisory, leading-hand or senior electrician experience
- Ability to lead and coordinate electrical teams
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and electrical regulations
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Strong planning, organisation and communication skills
- Professional approach when dealing with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Current White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence
