About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and autonomous Electrician to join our growing team. This is a diverse, hands-on role that involves leading small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest industry standards.

Key responsibilities

- Lead Deliveries: Heading electrical installations across residential and commercial.
- Project Management: Effectively managing site requirements, materials, and project timelines.
- Mentorship: Providing guidance, support, and on-the-job training to electrical apprentices.
- Safety & Quality: Upholding strict safety protocols while maintaining immaculate, high-quality finishes.

About you

- Minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship experience across residential and commercial environments.
- Current Unrestricted WA A-Grade Electrical Workers License.
- Current Manual C-Class Driver's License.
- Construction Industry White Card, with the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Strong work ethic, outstanding communication skills, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Current WA Security Installer / Consultant License (highly regarded).
- Current First Aid, CPR, and LV Rescue certificates (highly regarded).
- Working at Heights & Elevated Work Platform (EWP) / Yellow Card (highly regarded).
