THE ROLE

We are looking for a switched-on, reliable electrician to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a hands-on field role covering a mix of project work and service calls, so you will need to be comfortable doing both and doing both well.

Whether you are completing your final year of apprenticeship or bringing years of senior experience, what matters most to us is your attitude, your work ethic, and your ability to represent i-ELEC well in front of clients.

Day to Day

- Carry out project work and service calls across residential, commercial, strata, and real estate clients
- Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and accurately, without needing to be hand-held through it
- Work independently on-site, managing your time, your tools, and your client communication
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients at every touchpoint, from arrival to sign-off
- Complete all documentation, compliance requirements, and invoicing preparation accurately




- Support your teammates, share knowledge, and contribute positively to the team culture
- Represent i-ELEC on every job as if the business depends on it, because it does

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 4th year apprentice through to fully licensed A-grade electrician
- Strong fault-finding ability: you can diagnose a problem and solve it without escalating everything
- Excellent client manner: professional, personable, and able to communicate clearly in people's homes and businesses
- Capable of working independently and managing your own schedule on-site
- A genuine team player who pulls their weight and lifts the people around them
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Experience across service, project, strata, or real estate work is a strong advantage
- Current driver's licence and right to work in Australia
