We’re seeking an Enterprise ERP Sales Executive with deep industry connections and a proven record of winning complex deals. You’ll engage directly with executive decision-makers to uncover business challenges and position AlphaBiz as their long-term digital transformation partner.

About the Role In this role, you’ll identify, shape, and close new business opportunities across Australia’s mid-market and enterprise sectors. You’ll leverage your network and commercial insight to introduce clients to MYOB Acumatica and other AlphaBiz solutions that streamline operations and drive growth. You’ll report to our Director, and work alongside a team of consultants and delivery specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business through strategic networking, referrals, and targeted prospecting
- Engage C-suite leaders to understand business priorities and technology roadmaps
- Lead discovery sessions and present tailored ERP solutions aligned with client objectives
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements with confidence and integrity, while working toward an ambitious but achievable annual new business revenue target




- Partner with internal consultants and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term retention
- Represent AlphaBiz at executive events, industry associations, and technology forums

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience of enterprise software sales, ideally in ERP or business management systems
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating high-value contracts
- Well-connected within WA’s business community, a natural networker and relationship builder
- Technically literate: able to discuss system capability, architecture, and integration scenarios
- Resilient, consultative, and results-driven with a reputation for closing strategic deals
- Ideally have Pronto, NetSuite, Business Central, SAP, Sage, or TechnologyOne sales backgrounds
- Ideally holds an accounting degree or similar qualification
- Ideally has proven success in the ERP/business management software space
- Ideally has experience selling into or have worked in the mining, manufacturing, or distribution sectors
