Acquainted Talent are specialist Health & Safety recruiters partnering with a growing Australian owned industrial manufacturing business based in Dandenong South. Supplying specialist products to a range of high risk industries, they're looking to appoint a Senior HSEQ BP to take ownership of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality across their manufacturing site following continued growth.

This isn't a business trying to "fix" a poor safety culture. Leadership is genuinely invested, safety is well supported from the top, and the foundations are already in place. What they're looking for now is someone who can build on that momentum, strengthen systems, continue embedding best practice and be a visible presence across the operation.

About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager and with exposure to the board, you'll work closely with production, laboratory and leadership teams to:

- Take ownership of the site's HSEQ management systems
- Lead risk assessments, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support and maintain ISO management systems
- Deliver toolbox talks and practical safety engagement across the site




- Build strong relationships with operational teams and influence positive safety behaviours
- Support environmental compliance and quality initiatives
- Drive practical, sustainable improvements that add value to the business

About you You'll likely bring experience from industrial manufacturing or another high-risk operational workplace, and enjoy partnering with people rather than policing them.

You'll also bring

- Experience in Health & Safety within an operational environment
- Exposure to ISO management systems and auditing
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to risk management
- The ability to balance compliance with operational realities
- A genuine passion for building positive safety cultures
