About the role

We need a reliable, hands-on Epoxy Floor Installer who takes pride in their work and can operate independently on site. Full training on our systems and products will be provided — what matters most is your work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

- Concrete surface preparation — grinding, shot blasting, patching and priming
- Mixing and applying epoxy, polyurethane and Polyaspartic coating systems
- Decorative broadcast work (vinyl flake systems)
- Working to product data sheets and job specifications
- Representing the business professionally with clients on site
- Keeping tools and equipment clean and maintained
- Working independently and managing your own time on site

About you

- Current driver's license — essential, non-negotiable
- Trade background highly regarded (carpentry, concreting, painting, tiling or similar)
- Experience in epoxy or floor coatings preferred but not essential
- Able to work unsupervised and self-manage on site




- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on labour
- White Card (or willing to obtain prior to start)
- Strong attention to detail — the finish is everything
- Punctual, reliable and takes pride in their work
