Our Client are a national healthcare and community services organisation with a recruitment agency arm. They have an established strong brand in the sector and are looking for a hungry, commercially minded recruiter to take ownership of a rapidly growing national temp desk within the community and healthcare sector.

This isn't a cold start-up desk. They already have major national accounts signed, existing work coming through and significant opportunity sitting in front of them. What they need is a recruiter with the energy, pace and drive to turn that opportunity into a large, successful desk.

Based from our Ashfield office with hybrid working, you will focus on our growing Regional & Remote Workforce division, recruiting temporary nursing staff for clients across Australia.

You'll be coming into a desk with existing clients and live demand, but there is plenty of scope to develop it further. You'll build relationships with major accounts, grow existing business, attract and manage a strong pool of candidates and ultimately build a desk you can be proud of.

What you'll be doing

This is a true 360 recruitment role,



although you'll have the advantage of existing accounts and work from day one.

You'll manage the full recruitment cycle - sourcing and interviewing candidates, filling temporary requirements, developing relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities and ensuring they continue to deliver an excellent service.

You'll need to be comfortable working at pace. Regional and remote recruitment can change quickly - roles come in, priorities move and sometimes you need to think creatively to get the right person into the right location.

No two days will be the same.

Who we're looking for

We're less interested in how many years you've been recruiting and more interested in your attitude and what you want to achieve next.

You might already be running a successful temp desk but feel you've hit a ceiling. Or perhaps you're a strong recruiter who knows you could bill considerably more if you were given the right market, clients and opportunity.

You'll ideally bring:

- Recruitment agency experience, preferably within a temp or contract environment
- Strong candidate sourcing skills
- A genuine commercial and business development mindset
- The confidence to build relationships with senior clients
- Energy, resilience and a sense of urgency
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
- Most importantly, hunger - you want to build a big desk and be rewarded for doing it
