We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our hardworking Estate Planning team.

This position is ideal for:

- an experienced paralegal who wants to continue to evolve and improve in their role; or
- a law student with diverse life experience or prior work experience in a law practice, including those who have taken non-traditional career paths or are re-entering the workforce while studying.

You will be working closely with experienced lawyers and will be gradually exposed to all aspects of estate planning, including Wills, enduring powers of attorney, superannuation and dealing with trust structures.

About the role

As a Paralegal at Life Legacy Legal, you will be an integral part of our team, helping us provide exceptional service to our clients in estate and succession planning.

Your responsibilities will include

- Assisting with document preparation and drafting documents, including Wills, enduring powers of attorney and superannuation forms;
- Preparing engagement letters and costs agreements;
- Preparing documents for signing;
- Creating physical files and compiling material;
- Supporting lawyers with client meetings and matter management;
- Liaising with clients, lawyers and other stakeholders;
- Boardroom management;
- Data entry;
- Conducting searches;
- Billing; and
- Overflow phone assistance.

Our salary package for this role starts from $80,000 (including superannuation).
