OCON Services are seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join the Snowy Hydro 2.0 project, one of Australia’s largest infrastructure developments.

This is an opportunity to work on a major project with consistent work, robust team culture, and excellent site conditions.

About the Role:

- Bulk and detailed earthworks
- Drainage works
- Operating GPS-equipped machinery
- Working within a high-performing site team

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator
- Experience in bulk and detailed earthworks
- Drainage experience highly regarded
- GPS experience preferred with final trim experience
- Strong safety focus

What’s on Offer:

- $35–$45 per hour + penalties
- Both day and nights shift on EBA rates + Penalties and allowances.
