Grange Group Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Excavator Operators and Final Trim Excavator Operators for multiple ongoing projects across the Northern Territory. Both local (Darwin-based) and FIFO positions are available, with plenty of work on offer for the right candidates.
Applicants must be based in Darwin, NT to be considered for this role - FIFO from Darwin only.
About the Roles
We have two types of positions available across a range of projects:
1. Excavator Operator
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience operating an excavator
- All-rounder operator skills highly regarded
- Reliable, punctual and able to meet site schedules
- Good communication skills and ability to follow site supervisor instructions
- Responsible, dependable attitude on the job
2. Final Trim Excavator Operator
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience operating an excavator
- Final trim and GPS machine control experience essential
- Experience with trenching, battering and service installation
- Confident operating safely around live services
- Ability to follow plans and supervisor direction
- Carry out daily checks and general machine care
