Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide administrative assistance to a Senior Executive including managing diary appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and scheduling and supporting meetings
- Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information
- Provision of administrative and support services to facilitate delivery of business operations to agreed standards
- Monitor group mailboxes and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurately maintain and update records in Commission databases and systems
- Collect and compile information for, and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision making
- Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with agency standards and procedures
