RAATSIC is seeking an experienced and values-driven Executive Manager - Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and ensure strong governance, sustainability and accountability across the organisation.

About the Role

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will oversee financial management, budgeting, reporting, payroll, funding compliance and financial systems. You will provide high-level advice to the CEO and Board, support organisational planning and ensure financial practices align with RAATSIC’s strategic priorities, regulatory requirements and values.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Oversee financial governance, risk management and compliance obligations.
- Manage funding acquittals, audits, financial controls and reporting requirements.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team.
- Lead and support finance staff,



systems and process improvement activities.
- Contribute to organisational planning, sustainability and continuous improvement.

About You

- Significant senior finance leadership experience, preferably in the not-for-profit, community services or government-funded sector.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or business, with CPA or CA membership highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, audits and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and support executive decision-making.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commitment to culturally safe practice and community-controlled service delivery.
