THE ROLE The role provides high-level executive support to the Social Services Regulator, including high quality executive and administrative support including diary management, management of services for office support, correspondence and record keeping, and application of administrative policies, procedures and protocols.
The successful applicant will be required to contribute to the effective management of a senior executive office, provide effective executive support, demonstrating strong planning and organising capability. This position requires the successful applicant to demonstrate administrative skills and high-level interpersonal skills, including the capacity to manage the relationship interface, on behalf of the Social Services Regulator, with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Provides high level administrative support to the Social Services Regulator, including expert diary management, preparation of materials for the Regulator, coordination of internal and external executive meetings, and management of workflow of executive tasks and information requests.
- Works cooperatively with the Regulator, Office of the Regulator, executives, managers,
Divisional Coordinators and SSR staff to provide a range of services to executives and team members and to support the Social Services Regulator's goals, values, and behaviours.
- On behalf of the Regulator, liaise with executive support staff in the Minister's Office, as well as departmental staff and staff of public and private sector agencies to support the appropriate flow of relevant
- Promote and maintain solid relationships within the Social Services Regulator, across the Department of Family, Fairness and Housing, and with external stakeholders
