RAATSIC is seeking an experienced and values-driven Executive Manager - Community Services to provide strategic and operational leadership across community service programs and ensure services are responsive, accountable and aligned with organisational priorities.

About the Role

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead service delivery, program performance, practice quality, stakeholder partnerships and workforce capability across RAATSIC’s community services portfolio. You will work closely with managers, staff, families, communities, funding bodies and partner organisations to support strong outcomes and culturally safe practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic and operational leadership across community service programs.
- Support high-quality, culturally safe and accountable service delivery.
- Lead program planning, performance monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen partnerships with communities, funding bodies and sector stakeholders.




- Support managers and staff through strong leadership, coaching and practice guidance.
- Contribute to organisational strategy, governance, risk management and service sustainability.

About You

- Significant senior leadership experience in community services, child and family services, social services or a related sector.
- Strong understanding of culturally safe practice and community-controlled service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead service quality, program performance and workforce capability.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and partnership-building skills.
- Experience managing risk, compliance, reporting and funding requirements.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, human services, community services, management or a related field are highly regarded.
