About the role
We are a busy, established café in Camperdown looking for an experienced barista to join our team. We go through approximately 12 kg of coffee per day, so this is a genuine high-volume coffee operation.
Key responsibilities
- Confidently dial in and adjust grinders
- Produce excellent espresso and milk consistently
- Handle the morning rush without losing quality
- Work efficiently and consistently under pressure
- Take pride in coffee and presentation
About you
- Has strong high-volume café experience
- Ideally someone who has worked in a café doing 8–10 kg+ of coffee per day
- Is quick, efficient and consistent under pressure
- Reliable and punctual
- Works well with a team
