Executive Team Assistant
Support leadership. Drive impact. Make a difference.
When a child in Western Australia needs specialist medical care, families often must travel to Perth. We believe when families are together, they cope better. We believe no family should have to deal with their child's medical journey alone.
For over 30 years, we have provided essential services to thousands of West Australian families. As an independent not‑for‑profit organisation, part of a global network of 360+ Houses, we help families with ill or injured children access the medical care and resources they need to focus on what truly matters; each other.
We're looking for an exceptional Executive Team Assistant to join our team.
The Chance
This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who has supported a CEO and Board and is now looking for something more than a traditional EA position.
Working closely with our CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team, you'll be a trusted partner, ensuring the smooth operation of executive and governance activities while contributing across the broader organisation. You'll have variety, autonomy and the opportunity to be involved in strategic initiatives that make a real impact.
What You'll Bring
You'll be highly organised and purpose-driven Executive Assistant who can confidently operate in an environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide high-level support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
· Support organisational projects and continuous improvement initiatives
· Coordinate Board and Executive meetings, agendas and papers
· Produce executive reporting and dashboard information
· Manage executive calendars, communications and key priorities
· Prepare reports, presentations and briefing materials
