The Role

We are looking for an experienced cocktail bartenders. As a bartender you will deliver an exceptional guest experience, by guiding them through our cocktail menu and extensive wine list. This role is a casual position with regular rostered hours, generally averaging 20-25 hours per week, subject to business needs.

Additional hours may also be available to the right candidate. We are also hiring an experienced section waiter. This is a casual position with regular rostered hours generally averaging 20 hours per week, subject to business needs.

Both roles can have an immediate start.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

- have a minimum of 1 year experience as a cocktail bartender
- Have weekend availability
- have excellent customer service and a high service standard
- be warm and personable, with a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences
- have excellent personal presentation
- have basic wine knowledge
- have strong verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with guests in English
- be a team player
