What's on Offer?

- FIFO ex Perth
- 8:6 roster – Day Shift Only
- $55–$63/hr + Super, depending on experience

- Gold mining operation

- Genuine pathway towards Shotfiring
- Ongoing training, mentoring and development

About You

We're looking for experienced Blast Crew members who are motivated to learn, develop and take on more responsibility.

You will have

- Previous Blast Crew experience in open-cut mining
- DGSC (Dangerous Goods Security Card) – essential




- Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
- Australian working rights
- Current clean National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement

Highly regarded:

- Current WA Shotfirer's Licence
- Open-cut gold mining experience
- Experience with electronic initiation systems, particularly Digishot
- Exposure to pre-split blasting
