An exciting full-time opportunity has opened for a skilled and experienced dental assistant to join our reputable, high-end general dental practice - Mosman Fine Dental. As an established and upscale practice, we are proud to offer a comprehensive range of advanced dental services, including:

- Restorative Dentistry

- Orthodontics
- Oral Surgery
- IV Sedation
- Dentofacial Aesthetic Injections

Our modern, purpose-built facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. We are seeking a candidate who has hands-on experience with the above procedures, as familiarity with our full scope of services is essential to this role. Additional training in specific areas will be provided, but a strong foundation in these treatments will be highly regarded.

Role Details:

- Full time position (4 days per week) with a weekly Rostered Day Off (RDO Friday).
- Contribute to the dental health and well-being of our loyal patients in a well-run, independent practice.
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience, ranging from $38-$40 per hour + superannuation.

Key Responsibilities:





- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of infection control and prevention practices.
- Provide chairside assistance for a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to the above treatment list.
- Manage daily clinical schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients.
- Coordinate laboratory work with external dental labs.

Requirements:

- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (or extensive experience in the field without formal certification).
- Confident communication skills with a focus on patient care and collaboration.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with Oasis dental software.
- A passion for dental assisting as a long-term career, not just a stepping stone.
