SparkleCleans is looking for experienced construction cleaners to join our subcontractor team for ongoing work across Sydney.

The role involves cleaning newly built, renovated and fit-out properties before handover. Work may include builders cleans, final cleans, handover cleans, defect cleans, progress cleans and post-construction cleaning.

Typical duties include removing construction dust and debris, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows and glass, removing stickers and adhesive where safe, detailing fixtures and preparing the site to a high presentation standard.

Applicants must have a valid White Card, reliable transport, their own basic cleaning equipment and appropriate PPE,



including high-vis clothing and steel-cap boots. Previous construction or builders-clean experience is strongly preferred.

Jobs are offered based on your location, experience and availability. You are free to accept or decline individual jobs, and the rate and scope will be provided before each job is accepted.

We are looking for cleaners who are reliable, punctual, safety-conscious and able to work to deadlines. Solid performers may be offered regular ongoing construction work across Sydney.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
