Key Expectations, Skills, and Experience: As a successful applicant, you must:

- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Years Education and Care
- Be prepared to work full-time 37.5 hours per week,



between the operational hours of 6:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, 5 days per week. Typical shift is 7.5 hours per day.
- Possess a current valid Working with Children Blue Card and have no prior child safety issues
- Possess full working rights
- Hold current CPR, First Aid / Anaphylaxis, Protected Sleep, Child Safety Training
- Pass the Negative Search / Prohibited Persons search and hold validated qualifications
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF
- Have experience in child-led play aligned with a play-based pedagogy
- Be a dedicated team player with exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Bring fun, laughter, and joy to your team and children's day

Pay range - Certificate III qualified - $32.47 (Level 3) and $34.65 (Level 4) per hour, equating to $63,316.50 per annum (Level 3) and $67,567.50 (Level 4), Base rate, plus superannuation. Little Wishes ELC Carina are currently approved for the Worker Retention Grant. This is in addition to the Award.
