Experienced Pickers – Wetherill Park

$35+ PER HOUR | IMMEDIATE START | ONGOING WORK | POTENTIAL PERMANENCY

Synergie Australia is currently seeking experienced Pickers to join a busy Distribution Centre in Wetherill Park. We are looking for reliable, physically fit candidates with voice picking and ride-on EPJ experience who are ready to start immediately and secure ongoing work.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

- From $35+ per hour
- Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Ongoing casual employment
- Immediate starts available
- Consistent hours
- Additional shifts available, with the opportunity to work up to 6 days per week
- Potential permanent opportunities for the right candidates

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working within a fast-paced dry storage Distribution Centre, your duties will include:
- Voice picking customer orders
- Operating ride-on Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ)
- Picking and packing orders
- Lifting and stacking cartons and pallets
- Pallet wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch
- Repetitive manual handling, bending and lifting
- Working to daily KPIs and productivity targets
- Maintaining a safe and clean work setting

ABOUT YOU

To be successful, you will have:
- Previous warehouse picking experience
- Voice picking experience – preferred
- Ride-on EPJ experience – essential




- Experience working within a busy warehouse or Distribution Centre
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual handling
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work efficiently and meet KPIs
- Full working rights in Australia
- Own reliable transport – essential

FLEXIBILITY IS ESSENTIAL

You must be available to work between Monday and Sunday including Public holidays | Christmas & New Year period | Up to 6 days per week when required
